With over thirteen years of experience under her belt Camilla Johnson-Hill is a key figure and leading contributor to the fashion industry. She has a catalogue of experience working for Vogue in numerous territories, owns her own production company facilitating fashion houses and luxury brands across the world and is currently appearing as the fashion expert, in her second series of an ITV2 primetime show.

Camilla started working at British Vogue as a teenager during her school holidays and then moved to Paris to study photography. Following this she worked in the fashion department of French Vogue and as a fashion assistant for Italian Vogue. She then worked in New York, as agent and production manager for the international fashion photographer Pamela Hanson. In 1998 Camilla moved back to London and worked as bookings editor during the launch of Russian Vogue.

At the age of 24 Camilla set up CJH Productions. Her company was the first photographic stills production company in the industry. Camilla carved out the role by providing services and support exclusively geared for ‘fashion stills photography.’

CJH Productions is known for its experience and insider knowledge. Clients include: Steven Meisel, Tom Ford, Donna Karen, Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, Gap, Jil Sander, Burberry, Pepe Jeans, Nicole Farhi, Balenciaga, H&M, The Pirelli Calendar, Benetton, Hugo Boss, Rimmel, Dunhill, Dior, UK Vogue, French Vogue, Italian Vogue and Vogue Nippon. Camilla has contributed to many magazine launches including Russian Vogue, Chinese Vogue and is an editor at the newly relaunched Interview Magazine.

Camilla’s role is to guide the creative team to meet with the clients needs. She is an expert in casting and creative support. Helping the photographer and their team to determine the hair / make-up / styling and casting choices for the shoot. Camilla is also a consultant for the advertising company Baron & Baron in New York. They are responsible for the creative direction of luxury brands such as Calvin Klein, Armani, Burberry, Hugo Boss and Pringle to name a few.

To add to her creative bow, Camilla teamed-up with Ritz Fine Jewelry in 2005 to produce a successful short in-house film starring Chloe Sevigny. She has also expanded into the world of Art; spending the last three years at Formula 1 Races with Mikael Jansson to help produce a highbrow exhibition, entitled The Speed of Life.

Camilla is continually mentioned in the fashion press, often commented on for her unique style and alert business mind and has been written about in American Vogue, French Vogue, British Vogue, W Magazine, The Sunday Style Magazine and The Telegraph Magazine.
